These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Epiphany mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by The EPBS Company Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian.
2. Faith-Based Content Disclaimer
The Service provides AI-generated spiritual content for personal reflection. It is not a substitute for professional pastoral, medical, or psychological advice.
3. Your Responsibilities

4. Intellectual Property
All content and features are owned by The EPBS Company Limited or licensed to us. Bible texts may come from public domain or licensed sources.
5. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Changes to the Terms will be communicated within the app or via email if significant.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
